Patrick Suarez is currently the Managing Partner at URBAN Commercial Partners since 2016. Prior to this, Patrick held the position of President & Founder at EHI Real Estate Advisors since October 2003. Additionally, Patrick serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mt. Baker Housing from 2008 to 2015, a non-profit affordable housing developer focusing on the Southeast Seattle neighborhood. Patrick is also a member of the Board of Directors at Seattle Central Little League since October 2017. Patrick received his education from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
