Shelley Wagley

Shelley Wagley has a strong background in accounting and finance. Shelley started their career as an Accounting Manager at PEM Real Estate Group in 2011 and held this position until 2015. Shelley then worked as an Accounting Manager at Greystar from 2015 to 2017. After that, Shelley joined PEM Real Estate Group again in 2017, this time as an Accounting Manager until 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Controller at Urban Communities, LLC. Most recently, Shelley is working as an Account Specialist at Virtua International starting from May 2022.

Shelley Wagley earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University-San Bernardino, completing their studies between 1978 and 1984.
