Ann Seger

Ann Seger currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Urban Community School since August 2023. With extensive legal experience, Ann has been a Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP since September 2019 and previously held associate attorney positions at Mayer Brown, JONES DAY®, and McDonald Hopkins LLC. Ann's practice areas include commercial finance and lending, mergers and acquisitions, and general business counseling. Ann began professional training as a Summer Associate at McDonald Hopkins LLC and completed a legal externship at the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals. Ann holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from The Ohio State University.
