Kushagra Varshney has over eight years of experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior Manager - People Success at Urban Company since September 2019, following roles as Manager and Associate Manager in the same department. Prior to Urban Company, Kushagra worked as an HR Executive at Cinépolis India from September 2017 to July 2019 and held the position of Talent & Culture Executive at Pullman Novotel Hotels from December 2015 to September 2017. Kushagra holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology.
