Dominique Gill

Dominique Gill is the founder and managing director of Urban Core, bringing extensive construction experience, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to the industry since September 2016. Dominique also serves as a member of YPO in Sydney and founded NexGen, a non-profit organization aimed at transforming the construction industry for future generations. In addition to being a French Foreign Trade Advisor since July 2019, Dominique previously owned and managed Work Nation, a co-working space, from January 2019 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Dominique held significant positions at Built. as a project manager, Brenchley Architects as an architect, and Jackson Teece in various architect and project management capacities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School, a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sydney, and a Foundations of Directorship certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
