Michael Osborne

Michael Osborne currently serves as the Director of Education, Artistry, & Events at Urban Decay Cosmetics since October 2024. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated extensive experience at MAC Cosmetics from October 2006 to October 2024, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Education Content & Program Development, Manager of Education Content Development for North America, and Field Executive Education Manager. In these roles, Michael was responsible for conceptualizing education initiatives, managing teams, and delivering training in artistry and customer service. Michael began the career at MAC as a Regional Training Specialist and eventually served as a Regional Sales Manager, focusing on sales management and training. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained from 2010 to 2012, and attended Willamette University from 2002 to 2004.
