Sean Rowe

Sean Rowe is an experienced Urban and Regional Planner with a robust background in urban development and planning. Currently serving at the Urban Development Corporation since May 2010, Sean previously held the position of Director of Planning at the Manchester Parish Council from October 2003 to April 2010. Sean's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Urban Environmental Management and Law from the National Law University in Delhi (2012-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Technology in Jamaica (1997-2001).
