Tatum Clayburn

Tatum Clayburn currently serves as the Manager of Business Operations & Community Outreach at Urban Dreams since August 2025. Previously, Tatum held the position of Donor Relations Manager at the Des Moines Symphony and Academy, where responsibilities included managing donor data operations and coordinating fundraising programs. Tatum's experience also encompasses roles as a Legislative Clerk for the Iowa Legislature, Deputy Finance Manager for DeJear for Iowa, and various leadership positions at Simpson College, including Senior Class Representative and President of the Simpson College Democrats. Tatum possesses a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on Social Justice & Human Rights from Simpson College, complemented by diverse roles in sales and internships in campaign planning.
