Grace Alvarez is an experienced professional currently serving as an Education Preparedness Program Intern at Marquette University, where the focus is on community-building event planning within the Education Preparedness Program. As a Volunteer Coordinator at the Urban Ecology Center, Grace engages volunteers and implements strategic planning in volunteer management. Previous roles include serving as a Public Ally with Metcalfe Park Community Bridges, where resource connection and capacity building were prioritized, and holding various positions at Marquette University that involved fostering community through self-reflection and critical analysis of service impacts. Grace holds a Master's degree in Education Policy and Foundations and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematical Economics and Peace Studies from Marquette University.
