Nancy Spransy

Nancy Spransy is an experienced Human Resource Specialist at Urban Ecology Center since January 2012, focusing on safety management, policy writing, employment facilitation, training, and supervisor advising. Prior experience includes serving as Site Coordinator at Milwaukee Achiever Literacy Services, where responsibilities involved staff scheduling, facility management, and inventory updates from June 2009 to May 2010. Additionally, Nancy worked as a Career Consultant at Drake Beam Morin, delivering career transition programs and managing client support from January to September 2009. Nancy holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Special Education from the University of Iowa.
