Charles McDonald

Charles McDonald is currently a Development Associate at Urban Edge Properties since April 2022. Prior to this, Charles worked at Guardian Life from June 2019 to April 2022, where Charles held the position of Senior Associate, Debt Real Estate Investments. Before that, Charles also gained experience as an Analyst in Debt Real Estate Investments at Guardian Life and as a Credit Policy Analyst Intern at Amboy Bank. Charles is currently pursuing a M.S. in Real Estate, Finance, and Investments at New York University, after completing their B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Economics at Providence College. Charles's responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities, creating cash flow projections, conducting property valuations, and presenting internal deal memorandums to the investment committee.
