Cory Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Cory started their career at Vanderbilt University as a Campus Visit Coordinator for MAcc Programs from September 2012 to May 2013. Following that, they worked at Deloitte LLP as an Audit Senior Assistant from September 2013 to July 2015. Cory then joined Urban Edge Properties, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Corporate Accountant from July 2015 to September 2016, Project Manager from September 2016 to September 2017, Associate in Asset Management from October 2017 to April 2021, and Director of Development and Finance from April 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Development and Finance at Urban Edge Properties starting from March 2022.
Cory Thompson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Greensboro College in 2008. Later, in 2013, they completed a Master of Accounting program at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
