Kyle Irwin

Kyle Irwin is a seasoned professional in the leasing and real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Leasing at Urban Edge Properties since July 2025. Previously, Kyle held positions including Leasing Manager for the Northeast at Sterling Organization from May 2022 to June 2025 and Regional Leasing Director at ShopOne Centers REIT from December 2018 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst at Raider Hill Advisors and as a Broker/Analyst at Ripco Real Estate LLC. Kyle began a career in leadership as Head Ocean Lifeguard at Sunny Atlantic Beach Club from January 2014 to September 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Economics with a minor in Studio Arts from Union College, obtained between 2012 and 2016, and a High School Diploma from Chaminade High School in 2012.
