A talented creative leader who passionately leans into digital, Rachna is Urban Emu’s Creative Director. With a track record of driving breakthrough creative at a leading public relations agency, a nonprofit and a series of global media companies, she thrives on creative collaboration and prides herself on taking measured risks in her web, video and print design executions. Her work produces impact and results for clients through her ability to see detailed tasks to the finish line.

Rachna came to Urban Emu after seven years at Ketchum’s DC office where she rose from senior art director to creative director. There she drove creative strategy, brand identity, and visual and content design for notable organizations and brands including AARP, Target, 7-Eleven, Clorox, FDA’s Office of Women’s Health and the award-winning Hershey’s launch of Reese’s cup fusion.

Prior, she was instrumental in modernizing the National Breast Cancer Coalition rebranding. A consultant at BET Networks, she also was senior designer/associate art director at Discovery Communications for Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, Animal Planet, and Military Channel. She was the creative architect of the launch of Planet Green.
