As Chief Operating Officer and co-lead of the DC office, Tom optimizes Urban Emu’s daily business operations and cross company initiatives. With 20-plus years of digital communications, marketing and management experience, he is equally comfortable in the C-suite as he is counseling clients shoulder to shoulder to drive measurable outcomes as lead on digital production and client experience. Tom has produced award-winning digital solutions for clients across diverse industries including B2C, B2B, health, social marketing and public affairs.

A seasoned leader, he helped double growth at Ketchum’s North America and D.C. digital divisions. He also held leadership positions at agencyQ, BrowserMedia/nclud and was the Executive Producer at Ogilvy led digital production for what is now social@Ogilvy.
