Kelly Martin has over a decade of experience in various operational and management roles at Urban Enterprises, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations. Responsibilities include overseeing department projects, mobile website database development, team leadership, and recruitment while providing executive support to the President. Previous positions within the company include Operations Manager, Distribution Manager, and Office Administrator, where Kelly managed logistics, created a comprehensive contact database, and ensured efficient office operations. Additionally, Kelly served as the Studio Manager at Jen Waldman Studio from June 2010 to June 2013. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Elon University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
