Heather Overlock has over 15 years of experience in account management and event production. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Clarion Events Inc. - North America since August 2022, Heather also co-owns Serenity Realty, a role held since June 2018. Prior experience includes a Key Account Manager position at A.T. Storrs, Ltd. since September 2013 and serving as the Corporate Events Manager for M & M Gift Shows, where responsibilities included producing and managing the International Gift Exposition in the Smokies®/Souvenir Super Show® from May 2006 to July 2013.
