Sue Palmer

Sue Palmer has extensive experience in event operations management. Sue started their career in 1989 at Miller Freeman, Inc. / Gralla Publications as a Show Manager for the Building Group. Sue then worked at VNU Expositions as a Group Show Director for the Building Group in 2001, and at Hanley Wood Expositions as a Show Manager for Operations from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Cygnus Business Media, initially as a Director of Event Operations and later as an Operations & Conference Manager. During this time, they were responsible for logistics and operations of various events, as well as managing registration and housing/travel departments. Sue then joined EnsembleIQ in 2015 as an Event Operations Manager, where they planned and executed logistics for multiple events, including pre-planning, onsite execution, and post-event activities. Sue also had initial experience in digital event design and production. Currently, they are working at Clarion Events Inc. - North America as an Event Operations Manager.

Sue Palmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Sue has also obtained several certifications, including "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in October 2020, and various Salesforce-related certifications from LinkedIn in January 2019, such as "Learning Salesforce," "Salesforce Tips," "Salesforce: Custom Reports," and "Salesforce: Dashboards."
