Rachel Beeton

Rachel Beeton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and civil engineering. As the Director of Finance and Operations at Urban Foresight since 2011, Rachel Beeton manages commercial and operational aspects of the business, emphasizing team support and high-quality service delivery to clients in both public and private sectors. Prior to this role, Rachel Beeton worked at Arup from 2001 to 2016 as a Senior Engineer, successfully overseeing the technical and commercial delivery of projects in various sectors, including rail and highways, while also focusing on health and safety and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Rachel Beeton holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University and has been a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE CEng) since 2007.
