Casimira Tadewaldt has extensive experience across various roles in operations, project management, and entrepreneurship. Currently, as a Special Projects Coordinator at Urban Forest Pro since September 2018, Casimira leads a field sales team of tree care experts. Previously, as a restaurateur at Paiche, Casimira achieved significant accolades including the 2016 Restaurant of the Year award and recognition among the top restaurants in Portland. Additional experience includes roles as a Space Management Analyst at SASDaymon, a Business Process Analyst at Columbia Sportswear, and a Supply Planner at Nike Inc. Notable achievements encompass launching a successful gluten-free bakery in Peru and managing multi-million dollar projects at Vestas Americas.
