Carlen Dietz is currently a Professor at Texas A&M University while also serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Urban Genesis since January 2023. Previously, Carlen held the position of Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions from January 2022 to January 2023. Between August 2019 and December 2021, Carlen worked as a Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University, supporting over 200 students. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Global Arts, Design, and Construction, both earned at Texas A&M University.
