Thomas Hartley is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in multi-family and commercial development. Currently serving as Superintendent at Urban Genesis since April 2023, Thomas has held various superintendent roles in prior positions at Bob Moore Construction, Baxter Construction San Antonio, Oden Hughes, LLC, and Bonner-Carrington Construction. Notable projects include the management of a $40 million senior living community and an $84 million multi-use development at The Artessa at Quarry Village. Additional expertise includes leading projects such as West Campus Student Housing and various multi-family apartment complexes across several companies, including Motivado Group and Carbon Landmark Construction. Thomas began a career in construction in 2008 after graduating from Pleasanton High School.
