Patricia Flores

Patricia Flores, MPH, MBA, is an experienced consultant currently with Strata Decision Technology. As the founder and operations manager of Guías, Patricia oversees various operations related to health and wellness programming and community engagement. Additional roles include participating in the Urban Growers Collective as a Community Herbalism Apprentice and being part of mentoring initiatives with Chicago Innovation. Patricia has enhanced diversity within entrepreneurship through experiences at MATTER and Supermajority. A fellow at the Chicago Latino Caucus Foundation Leadership Academy, Patricia's background includes analytics at Healthcare Financial Resources and health education with the American Red Cross. Educational accomplishments encompass a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and multiple certifications in data science, human-centered design, and grant writing.
