Neil Randall has a diverse work experience in the fitness industry. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Urban Gym Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Anytime Fitness UK, including CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Sales and Marketing. From 2015 to 2018, Neil was the Chief Operating Officer at GO Mammoth. Neil also worked as a Regional Director at LA Fitness from 2010 to 2015. Before that, they served as a General Manager/L&D trainer at Virgin Active. Neil began their career as a Fitness Manager/Powerplate Trainer at Virgin Active/Holmes Place and later worked as a Personal Trainer at Holmes Place.
Neil Randall completed their BSC (Hons) in Sports Science and Psychological Studies at the University of Southampton from 1998 to 2001. Prior to this, they attended Cove Comprehensive School where they completed their GCSE's.
