Pascal Averdijk has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Pascal currently serves as the CFO at Urban Gym Group. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance a.i. at Media.Monks, where they set up a new global finance structure for a client. Pascal also worked as the CFO at OK.app, a tech scale-up, overseeing funding and investor relations. Averdijk was an Advisor/CFO a.i. at BOTS, a fintech scale-up, and held the CFO position at Sanoma, where they managed Scoupy and Aldipress. Pascal also served as the Manager of Business Control Consumer at Tele2 Nederland and the Finance Director at Amerborgh Nederland BV. Averdijk started their career at Sanoma as a Business Controller before moving on to become the Manager of Finance Control Sanoma Digital & Business Controller Aldipress.
Pascal Averdijk obtained a Master's degree (Drs.) in Accountancy and Business Administration from the University of Groningen from 1996 to 2002. Pascal also completed an Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC/EMFC) from the Universiteit van Amsterdam from 2005 to 2007. In addition, they pursued studies in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Nyenrode Business University in 2006 and took courses in Business strategy, Customers & Markets, Business performance, and Leadership at Aalto University in 2011. Pascal Averdijk completed their secondary education at Marianum, VWO from 1990 to 1996.
