Rick Zimny

Rick Zimny has extensive work experience in financial control and accounting. Rick currently holds the position of Head of Accounting at Urban Gym Group since November 2023. Before that, they worked at Rituals as a Manager of Financial Control from February 2023 to October 2023, and as a Senior Financial Controller - New Markets from May 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they were with KPMG Nederland, where they served as an Assistant Manager from October 2019 to April 2021 and as a Supervisor from September 2017 to September 2019. Rick also took six months off for traveling in 2017. Additionally, Rick worked at KPMG Nederland earlier in their career, starting as a Junior Trainee from September 2011 to September 2013 and progressing to roles such as Trainee, Senior, and Supervisor during their tenure from October 2013 to December 2016.

Rick Zimny's education history includes the following:

- From 2019 to 2020, they attended Nyenrode Business University, where they obtained a Post-Master RA degree.

- Between 2017 and 2019, they also studied at Nyenrode Business University and earned a Master of Science in Accountancy.

- From 2011 to 2016, Rick pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Nyenrode Business University.

- Earlier, from 2005 to 2011, they attended Trevianum Scholengroep, where they completed their Atheneum degree with a focus on Economie en Maatschappij.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rick Zimny obtained a certification as a Registeraccountant (RA) from the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA) in 2021.
