Andrea Iglesias has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Andrea is currently the CEO/Executive Director of Urban Health Partnerships Incorporated, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving physical, mental, and social health through policy, systems, and environmental changes. Andrea Iglesias pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, completed from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, they attended Alliant International University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. In 2013 and 2014, Andrea pursued a Leadership and Management Certificate at the University of Colorado Boulder.
