Temi Ogunrinde is an experienced professional with a strong background in equity and engagement, currently serving as Equity and Engagement Director at Urban Homeworks since October 2022. Prior roles include Strategy Consultant at Imagine Deliver and Tenant Advocate at HOME Line. Temi also gained experience as a Fellow at FINNOVATION Lab and an Intern with Transforming Minnesota's Early Childhood Workforce. Starting in June 2018, Temi worked as a Development Officer Intern at the University of Minnesota Foundation and previously interned with the 2019 Minneapolis Final Four ® Local Organizing Committee. Temi holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Public Policy in Social Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
