Raydhira Alexandra Mirzai

Raydhira Alexandra Mirzai is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in housing and community resource management. Currently serving as a Housing Specialist at Urban Housing Solutions since January 2020, Raydhira contributes valuable expertise in assisting diverse populations with their housing needs. As the Founding Executive Director of La Familia Resource Center since May 2012, Raydhira has played a pivotal role in addressing educational and resource needs for Hispanic families in the Nashville area. Prior experience includes roles as a Leasing Agent and Compliance Specialist at Urban Housing Solutions, where responsibilities involved property marketing and tenant relations from May 2014 to January 2020, and as a Student Assistant at Trevecca Nazarene University from September 2012 to May 2014. Raydhira holds a degree in Social Justice and Non-profit Congregational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, earned in 2014.
