Arria Washington is a Literacy Support Coordinator and Academic Coordinator at Urban Impact Foundation in Pittsburgh. Arria conducts 1-on-1 and small group literacy interventions utilizing their training as a reading specialist. Arria also recruits and trains volunteers. In addition, Arria works as a Senior Consultant at Mary Kay Inc. as an advanced color consultant. Arria is also a Success For All Tutor and CANES After-School Teacher at New Castle Area School District. Previously, Arria served as an English Teaching Assistant at Fulbright Korea. Arria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Writing) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
