Jake Broadwick has extensive experience in youth engagement and sales, currently serving as a Soccer Teams Urban Missionary for Urban Impact Foundation in Pittsburgh since June 2021. In this role, Jake focuses on coaching youth soccer players, fostering both physical and spiritual development, and building community relationships through outreach programs. Previously, Jake worked as a Sales Development Representative at A.C.Coy Company, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing and lead generation. Early experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Geneva College, handling recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as sales positions at Rally House and Hollister Co. Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Geneva College and a Certificate in Business Leadership from Pittsburgh Fellows.
