Andrea Serna (She/Her)

Andrea works on the technical side of things. She works with Salesforce infrastructure and also build structures in tableau, customizing the systems for our data needs.

Andrea received her B.A. in Psychology from Concordia University Chicago, and for the past 6 years has worked with south and west side communities to support families experiencing homelessness. As a sports and wellness enthusiast, she looks forward to using her data and nonprofit skills with Urban Initiatives.

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm.
