Ariyana Randolph Miles is the Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging Leader of Corporate Affairs at Paypal. Previously she served as the Director of Diversity Talent Innovation for Nike, Inc. Prior to Nike, Ariyana led bodies of work for The Chicago Public Education Fund, Target, Inc. and Adtalem Global Education (formally DeVry Inc.). Ariyana is a proud graduate of Xavier University (OH) where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and DePaul University College of Law.
