Jim Dower (He/His)

Jim oversees external operations for the organization:

-He engages in citywide thought leadership to elevate the power of sport and play. -He identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards external partnerships on behalf of the organization in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, values, and goals.

- He serves as a relationship manager to our major gifts donors and prospects with support from the development team Directors.

- He collaborates with the UI Director team to provide inspirational leadership to the staff teams they manage.
