Adele Shartzer

Adele Shartzer is a Senior Research Associate in the Health Policy Center at Urban Institute with extensive experience in health policy research and analysis. Prior to their current role, Adele held positions at the US Department of Health & Human Services, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, and National Institute for Healthcare Management Foundation. Adele holds a PhD in Health Policy and Management from The Johns Hopkins University, an MPH in Health Policy from George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, and a BA in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from the University of Virginia.
