Claire Cusella

Claire Cusella is a seasoned policy program manager with extensive experience in equity research and strategic execution. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Program Manager at the Urban Institute, Claire leads a portfolio of research projects focused on advancing equity, managing over $12 million in funding across more than 30 projects. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Strategy Execution at Equal Justice Works, where Claire developed the three-year strategic plan and engaged with stakeholders. Other positions encompass program management for a major public interest legal conference and fundraising roles in political campaigns.
