Thea Garon

Thea Garon is an accomplished professional in the field of financial well-being and urban planning, currently serving as the Director and Lead of the Financial Well-Being Practice Area at the Urban Institute since May 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at the Financial Health Network, where Thea held positions from Manager to Senior Director over a nine-year tenure.
