Francis Motycka

Francis Motycka is a professional with extensive experience in the development and asset management sectors. Currently serving as a Development Associate at The UIP Companies, Inc. since May 2023, Francis previously held various roles at Bonaventure, including Senior Associate, Associate, and Asset Management Associate from December 2019 to April 2023. Prior experience includes an Associate position at PFA, Inc. and a Senior Analyst role at Samara Investments, where Francis worked from May 2013 to June 2018. Additionally, a research internship was completed at the National Regulatory Research Institute in 2012. Francis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from William & Mary.
