Kwesi Akoto

Kwesi Akoto is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving at The UIP Companies, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kwesi held project manager positions at Blueprint Robotics and Clark Construction Group, LLC, where responsibilities included developing site utilization plans, managing documentation for permits, and coordinating stakeholder communications within design-build teams. Kwesi began the career as a field engineer and later transitioned to project management after acquiring a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Howard University. Additional experience includes a research assistant role focused on the efficiency of bio-retention ponds for stormwater management.
