Ryan Teater serves as the Land Acquisition Manager at Tri Pointe Homes since February 2024, bringing extensive experience in the real estate sector. Previously, Ryan held roles such as Sr. Land & Development Analyst at The True Life Companies and Senior Land Acquisition Specialist at Lokal Homes, where responsibilities included identifying land acquisition opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and presenting acquisitions to the Investment Committee. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles at Richmond American Homes and Oakwood Homes, where analytical skills were applied to market analysis and project feasibility. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver and participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at HBA of Metro Denver.
