Sam Winder

Sam Winder has worked in the software engineering and development field since 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Flow Technologies LTD, where they used the Flutter framework to develop a front end prototype for an application and gained familiarity with AWS. In 2020, they worked as JCR President at Durham University, where they led and took ultimate responsibility for all matters concerning the JCR and it's members (1500+) as one of two employees of the organisation. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) and Full Stack Software Engineer at Urban Jungle Insurance, where they are developing software across the technology stack using Python and Angular JS, and working cross-functionally on projects with different teams.

Sam Winder attended Greenhead College from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Computer Science, Maths, Physics, English Literature, and Spanish. Sam then attended Durham University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
