Sarah Baek

Sarah Baek is a dedicated social worker at Urban Justice Center since January 2020, managing a caseload of adults with mental health concerns while providing crucial support in areas such as social security and public assistance applications, discharge planning, and crisis intervention. With experience as a research assistant at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, Sarah developed survey measures for healthcare projects, and previously served as a supportive services intern at the Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing, where case management and eviction prevention were primary responsibilities. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago's Crown Family School and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wheaton College.
