Urban Lagree is an independent fitness studio in East Austin providing 45 minute Lagree classes. Lagree fitness is a high intensity, low impact resistance training method taught on a Megaformer. It is the only workout that effectively combines Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Core, Body Stability and Flexibility in every class. The composition of this method is significant in that risk of injury is low whilst encouraging maximum exertion and muscle fatigue. Urban Lagree will be the first studio in Texas to offer the latest ramp technology that inclines the Megaformer to varying levels throughout the workout.
