Christine Leding is an Executive Coordinator at Urban Land Conservancy, handling administrative duties for the Executive Director and the ULC Board. Christine previously worked as a Project Manager at their own company, as well as a Communications Director at Great Outdoors Colorado. In addition, Christine has experience as a Project Manager at Monaghan & Associates. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Carroll College.
Urban Land Conservancy
Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), a nonprofit organization established in 2003, uses real estate as a tool to benefit urban communities. In much the same way that a land trust preserves open space for future generations, we preserve community assets in urban areas to ensure their continued benefit. Our mission is to acquire, develop, and/or preserve community assets in urban areas for a variety of community needs such as schools, affordable housing, and office space for nonprofits. Our assets consist of real estate and significant seed capital to be leveraged using public and private sources for future community investment. Our work includes land banking and community-inspired real estate development or, more concisely, community development.
