The Property Management and Real Estate team at Urban Land Conservancy is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, and preservation of urban community assets. This team manages and maintains properties, coordinates real estate transactions, and leverages both public and private investments to ensure the long-term benefit of community assets such as affordable housing, schools, and nonprofit office spaces.
