Melvin Mendaros

Melvin has over 10 years of experience performing financial analysis and evaluating land use for real estate projects. He is responsible for executing the firm’s acquisition and disposition strategy which includes sourcing and underwriting new deals and closing capital transactions. He is also responsible for driving the submission of entitlement for existing projects.

Prior to joining Urban Land Development, Melvin worked at a privately-held mortgage banking firm where he managed loan originations and secured new warehouse credit facilities. He also worked at the Office of Finance and Budget Management for construction projects for the City and County of San Francisco.

Melvin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where he earned a B.A. in Legal Studies with a minor in City Planning.
