Deb Sydenham

Deb Sydenham, FAICP, serves as the Executive Director for the Urban Land Institute in Arizona since September 2010. With a background in land use and real estate development, Sydenham has contributed to the nonprofit research and education organization, which connects professionals in these fields globally. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Director for the Office of P3 Initiatives at the Arizona Department of Transportation from January 2010 to October 2010, and Assistant Deputy Director of Community Development & Finance at the Arizona Department of Commerce from September 1992 to December 2009. Sydenham earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Environment and Design - Planning from Michigan State University between 1979 and 1983.
