Washington’s Fy22 Pathways To Inclusion Program Fellow at Urban Land Institute

Garrett Dickerson currently serves as Washington’s FY22 Pathways to Inclusion program Fellow at the Urban Land Institute since August 2021 and works as a Planner for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission since June 2020, where responsibilities include supporting project teams for Master and Sector Plans, identifying development applications, and reviewing proposals. Prior experience includes roles as an Intern II and Conservation Crew Leader at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, focusing on urban design processes and outdoor conservation projects, respectively, as well as research internships at Greysteel and EXIT Bennett Realty. Garrett holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
