Marilee Utter

Marilee Utter is an accomplished professional in the real estate sector, serving as President and founder of Citiventure Associates, LLC, specializing in development strategy and Public-Private Partnerships since August 2016. Prior to this, Marilee held the position of Executive Vice President at the Urban Land Institute from 2011 to 2016, overseeing a global network of councils and managing a substantial budget.
