Matt Dean

Matt Dean is a seasoned professional in the creative industry, currently serving as Co-Founder, Strategy & CEO at Dean&Co., a full-service creative studio focused on branding, design, and marketing since November 2021. Dean also contributes expertise as a member of the Board of Judges for the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts and the Summit International Awards, both of which recognize excellence in the visual arts and marketing sectors. Previously, Dean held the position of Creative Director at Beta Agency, where branding and marketing strategies were implemented to position the agency as a leader in commercial real estate. Additional experience includes roles as Creative Director at CBRE, Marketing Associate - Graphic Designer at Cushman & Wakefield, and Brand Strategist/Designer at Branding For The People Corp. Dean holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, completed in 2014.
